Job Summary
- Must possess as a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and be able to learn how to use programs such as UKG and Inovalon Scheduling Software.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Must be able to multi-task problem solve and communicate effectively with staff and facilities.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to handle frequent interruptions.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel family members facility staff government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must be dedicated to helping facilities obtain consistent staff to fill in vacancy positions.
