As an Account Representative II youll partner closely with Sales Representatives to support customer opportunities assist with pricing and deal execution and help drive revenue growth across assigned accounts. Youll build strong customer relationships manage sales activities and contribute to strategic account plans that deliver business results.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist with special pricing requests quotes and deal closure activities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while supporting account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue profitability and market share.
  • Manage pipeline activity and support strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of sales customer service hospitality account management or related experience; OR 2 years of technology distribution or channel sales experience.
  • Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a technology-focused sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Experience in technology distribution channel or reseller sales.
  • Experience supporting pricing strategies and complex sales opportunities.
  • Internship rotational or fast-track development program experience.
  • Experience managing mid-level customer relationships.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $56200.00 - $95600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
