Account Receivable Specialist

Your tasks

• Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete.
• Verify freight charges shipment quantities and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Copy scan distribute and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Organize reconcile and maintain shipping black jackets and account files.
• Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices.
• Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare organize and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs.

Your profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree in Business Administration Accounting Logistics or related field preferred.
• 12 years of experience in administrative support invoicing accounting shipping logistics or a related environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail data-entry accuracy and ability to review and reconcile invoices freight charges and supporting documentation.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with the ability to manage physical and electronic files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP invoicing or logistics systems preferred; Label Traxx Ariba or TOTALogistix experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle confidential business and financial information appropriately.
