Account Manager F/M

To strengthen our teams and development in the US we are looking for an energetic Account Manager.

You are energetic and want to grow our presence & business significantly.

You will work in an international environment.

MISSIONS

• Prospect new companies and win new customers.
• Follow existing customers and increase our business with them.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation.
• Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering quality customer service).
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Use update record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM.
• Report frequently to the management about the sales results target achievements and business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant experience in sales development.
• Some technical knowledge is preferred.
• High energy level self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction.
• Effective territory management skills. Internet research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word. Some administrative reporting duties necessary.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required if proven experience. Technical degree will be of benefit but not required if proven technical sales experience
