Grow Our Own (GO2) Account Manager Training Program
What is GO2
GO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in technical sales. Because our Account Manager and Outside Sales roles require a rare mix of both technical and sales skills we created this dynamic program that sets individuals up for success and a long-term career with us. You will receive comprehensive training hands on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory in the Orlando/Daytona area.
What You will Do
- Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Orlando where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
- Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers
- Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits
- Learn about the latest industrial technology and how to apply it to real world applications
What You will Need
- Bachelors degree is required
- Degree in Industrial Distribution Supply Chain Sales or related field is a plus.
- Coursework training or certifications in Supply Chain Sales Engineering is a plus.
- Ability to be conversive in Spanish is a plus
- Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Mechanical and/or Electrical interest and aptitude.
- Willingness to relocate for training (12 months) and for final placement at completion of program.
