Injured Workers Pharmacy is hiring an Account Manager for our New England Territory. This individual will be supporting an established territory and customer base. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a proven track record of quickly building maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through problem solving. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with multiple departments to help navigate our clients needs and expectations.

• Collaborate with theTerritoryManager New Englandto build andmaintainstrong relationships with referralsourcesin New Hampshire.
• Provide proactive and consultative support ensuring high retention andsupporting potentialrevenue growth within our existing client base.
• Maintain contact with decision makersandoffice staff focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments at the home office to ensureahighlevelof customer service.
• Multitasktroubleshooting and respond quickly to client needs.
• Manage reporting and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) forregionsclientsand the role.

• Associate degreerequired;bachelorsdegree preferred
• 2 years of experience as an account manager orassociatesales representative
• Proven capability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers
• Demonstrated self-confidence and a willingness to learn
• Solid MS Office skills (Word Excel Outlook)
• Ability to travel60%in and aroundMACTandNH
• Yourhomebasemust bebetween Metro-West Boston to Central between Framingham to Worcester.

• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations including customer relations

We are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair addition to a base salary range between $65000 - $70000 you will participate in a commission program. With proper utilization of skills and resources additional variable compensation can be achieved or exceed $22000.00 annually. You will also receive a minimum payout for your first three months of training.
