Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone email and text.
• Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships.
• Uncover customer needs offer tailored solutions and showcase new fabric collections.
• Engage in strategic sales calls even when the conversation gets tough.
• Fuel opportunity secure orders and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers.
• Master our ERP system (FACTS) CRM and other software tools to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity.
• Occasional Travel

Skills and Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Open to growth feedback and thriving in a fast-paced innovative environment.
• Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
