Account Manager - Full Time
Primary Location: Fernley NV (May need to travel at times)
Salary:$72404.80/YR
As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. You will also partner closely with the client and internal leadership to ensure operations run smoothly risks are managed appropriately and the security program continually improves. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must be able to pass an MVR.
- 2 years of Manager experience required.
