As an Account Manager you will be a pioneer in building and sustaining high-value partnerships within our business and industrial sectors. Your key focus is to advance sustainable growth within an established territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities in alignment with company excellence. You will serve as a consultative partner helping customers integrate our full range of solutions to add significant value to their operations.
Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives.
Advance territory growthby deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships that meet our standards of excellence.
Foster understandingby communicating in an organized and clear manner ensuring that ideas plans and projects effectively support our customers business goals.
Guide and support the account as the primary point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate contract discussions and alignment ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.
Identify and cultivate upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to contribute to revenue growth and market presence.
Develop a strategic roadmapto achieve sales milestones utilizing effective time management and planning to prioritize both existing and potential account opportunities.
Implement account partnership strategies including regular business reviews for key customers to ensure we are providing the highest level of support and value.
Connect with key stakeholdersand influencers to understand their needs and support their decision-making process.
Coordinate informationmanagement across all phases of the partnership lifecycle establishing proactive action plans to ensure healthy margins and growth.
Proactively learn about new products and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor to our clients.
Integrate all product linesinto accounts with a focus onAdding Value fully supporting our Core Sales Philosophy of customer-centric service.

Required Qualifications:
ABachelors degreein Engineering in Business Administration Marketing or equivalent.
Aproven history(5 years) of success in of commercial experience B2B sales or business development roles ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.
Ademonstrated track recordofadvancingsales and business development goals whilesurpassingkey milestones.
The ability to utilize a collaborative sales process tounderstand and addresscustomer concerns determining the mostsupportive approachto provide solutions.
Proficiencyin common email spreadsheet word processing and presentation software.
Aproactiveapproach to identifying client pain points and the ability tofacilitatetechnical solutions that create shared value.
Excellent skills inbuilding alignmentand navigating agreements to meet customer needs.
Ability to fosterunderstandingandconnectwith individuals from different backgrounds.
Flexibility to work varied hours tosupportour customers success.
Must have the ability to operate in a drug-free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
A proven backgroundcontributing to growthin industrial commercial or educational markets.
A natural ability tonurture long-term partnershipsandbuild alignmentacross complex multi-level stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn aboutindustrial specialty and medical gases.
Experience inpioneering new market approachesand the ability to beadaptablein a fast-evolving industrial landscape

Deeply comfortable with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) andSAP experience preferred.
