Account Manager Bilingual in Korean

• Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement accounting and legal.
• Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
• Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
• Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades decommissions and intra company contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle including initiation execution and tracking and renewal.
• Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Samsung Cloud Platform.
• Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications :

 Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related field/s desired.

Skills:

• Technical: Proficient in ICT systems cloud platforms and digital collaboration tools
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Languages: Fluent in English Korean
• Core Strengths: Cross-cultural communication client relationship management legal documentation attention to detail time management and strategic problem-solving
