Responsibilities
- Complete Oxfords comprehensive onboarding and sales training program
- Partner with experienced Senior Account Managers and receive ongoing mentorship and coaching
- Learn Oxfords sales methodology and business development process
- Prospect and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule and participate in client meetings both virtually and in person
- Generate new business opportunities and job listings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
- Develop the skills and confidence necessary to successfully transition into an Account Manager role
- Meet or exceed established activity and performance
- Travel regularly to client offices
- Handle related administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business preferred
- 1 year of sales business development or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage all levels of an organization
- Energetic creative self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals
- Strong multitasking analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Reliable attendance and availability to work hours as needed
