What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of our clients solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities manage pipelines and report on performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3 years of experience in a sales role preferably within the AI or software development sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience working in a venture-backed startup environment.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
