ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: WRIC 8News- Richmond VA (On-Site)

What Youll Do:

• Support and Manage Accounts: Begin with an active account list and work with our experienced team to develop new skills.
• Develop New Local Business: Learn how to identify prospects build relationships and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions.
• Full Sales Cycle Training: Receive guidance on how to prospect create proposals present solutions close deals and provide follow-up service.
• Collaborative Campaign Development: Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms.
• Provide White Glove Service: Be an asset to your advertisers and be a reliable stakeholder in their success.
• Achievable Sales Goals: Learn how to set and reach monthly quarterly and annual goals through coaching and structured support.

Requirements:

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
