• Creativelyproblemsolvetoimprovecurrentnewbusinessdevelopmentstrategy

• Negotiateratesanddeadlineswithprospectiveandcurrentclients

• EducateprospectiveandexistingclientsregardingthetranslationprocessincludingTransPerfectsratesjustificationforturnaroundtimeandcompetitorsinformation

• Liaisewithproductiontoensurethatalljobsarehandledappropriatelyandwithkeenattentiontodetailresultinginaperfectproduct

• Consistentlyfollowupwithclientstoensuretheirsatisfactionwithdeliveryqualityandcustomerservice
