• Drive sales initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the B2B sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective customers.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings and expand market reach.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.

• 2 years of experience in sales preferably in B2B or software development environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of testing solutions or quality assurance processes in product development.
