What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the B2B sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective customers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings and expand market reach.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to enhance service offerings.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2 years of experience in sales preferably in B2B or software development environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
