Summary
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for identifying capturing and growing new and existing customer accounts. This role focuses on sales client engagement and revenue growth with the emphasis on expanding the companys presence with the U.S Department of Defense (DoD). The AE will partner closely with company leadership Operations Program Managers and functional support teams to sustain current accounts while pursuing new opportunities that align with corporate strategy and growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies for new and existing customers
Identify and capture business opportunities across DoD and IC
Research target markets industry trends and competitor positioning to guide business capture
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and customer service
Partner with the Proposal teams and Capture bid and proposal activities
Deliver executive-level presentations and prepare business development reports
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless customer handoff and post-award support
Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to achieve growth targets
Meet or exceed designated revenue targets through organic and new business growth
