What You Will Be Doing:

The Account Executive serves as a point of contact for theclient andis expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and account-level engagement support. They willmanage client communication quotes project setup and represent client needs and goals with internal TransPerfect production groups to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. Inadditionthey will develop professional value-adding relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will have solid account management skills project organization skills excellent resourcefulness andproblem solvingskills and the ability to build strong relationships with client and internal teams in multiple geographies.

Description:

• Be responsible forall client communication understanding client goals andinterestsand discussing project requirements with clients.

• Lead specific tracks of work for large complex localization projects.

• Assistin creating and monitoring adherence to project plans/budgets.

• Communicatethe clients goals project requirements and represent the clients interests to the team to ensure client expectations are met and managed.

• Work closely with the project management team tomaintaincontinuous knowledge of project status toidentifypotential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

• Coordinate with colleagues in other departments for the purpose of ensuring efficient workflow.

• Ensure clients are regularly informed of project status andmaintainclear communication with clients to ensure client needs aremetand any issues are resolved.

• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing accounts

• Assistin new business development (proposal development meetings and presentations)

• Developstrongunderstanding of company capabilities andservices andeffectivelycommunicatesofferings to the client.

• Compose or generate a variety of materials ( memos letters manuals etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities training providing written reference and/or conveying informationregardingthe status of projects etc.

• <10% travel (including multiple annual conferences client meetings) - domestic and/or international

Who We Are Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Bachelorsdegree or equivalent

• At least 1-3 years of experience in account management

• Prior experience in managing complex projects a plus

• Excellent planning organizational and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of project management tools

• A localization background is preferred but not a requirement
