Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead strategic client relationships drive measurable marketing outcomes and help shape a high-performing performance agency model. This role is ideal for a client services leader who combines executive presence marketing strategy commercial acumen and strong cross-functional leadership.
About the Role
The Account Director will serve as the senior relationship and strategy lead for a portfolio of clients. This person will partner with client executives to understand business goals translate those goals into integrated marketing strategies and align internal teams around execution performance service quality retention and growth.
What Youll Do
- Own and grow senior-level client relationships across assigned accounts.
- Lead strategic planning business reviews renewal discussions and executive client conversations.
- Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies focused on measurable results.
- Partner with account management creative media analytics reporting data operations sales and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand services deepen client value improve performance and grow revenue.
- Monitor account health client sentiment delivery quality profitability and retention risk.
- Serve as the escalation point for significant client issues and lead proactive resolution plans.
- Mentor account team members and help strengthen agency operating practices governance and client engagement standards.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in client services agency account leadership marketing consulting or a related field.
- 5 years leading strategic client relationships with senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to grow retain and expand client accounts.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing integrated marketing strategy analytics measurement and campaign optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong financial commercial presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to influence prioritize and make decisions in complex client and internal environments.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Advertising Business or a related field preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a performance marketing integrated marketing agency-of-record or managed-services environment.
- Experience supporting clients in financial services fintech healthcare retail or other regulated industries.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing programs attribution reporting audience strategy and performance optimization.
- Experience managing complex or multi-million-dollar client portfolios.

Additional Information :
Salary Range: $150000 - $190000
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
