Energy Account Analyst

As an Energy Account Analyst you will support residential utility programs working closely with the client and ICFs implementation team to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers including under-served and disadvantaged communities in the greater Little Rock and surrounding areas.

An Energy Analyst will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and contribute to the development of innovative accurate timely and high-quality services typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff.

What you will be doing:

Perform desktop QA/QC to validate technical project data for weekly processing ensuring compliance with requirements and process controls
Conduct market research on various energy efficiency technologies including measure adoption saturation feasibility etc.
Support the reporting team to assemble and provide reports presentations and database management using many MS Office programs along with industry-specific software tools.
There will also be opportunities to attend trade shows conferences and other events to promote and represent the program offerings
Stay informed on industry news updates and trends.

What we need you to have:

Work or academic experience in Energy Efficiency or Business
Must have valid drivers license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Based in central Arkansas

What would be useful:

Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency in Arkansas
2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel and Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Compensation: Although the posted range below is broader this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $60000$65000 range.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$50364.00 - $85618.00
