How Youll Work

• Location: 7310 Innovation Blvd Fort Wayne IN 46818
• Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly pay the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $17.50 per hour. This rate reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation offered for this role and is expected to apply uniformly to all candidates selected.

About the Role

Responsible for responding to and/or managing inquiries complaints and feedback from customer accounts. This may include providing support through various channels such as in person phone email or social media. They must be able to communicate effectively understand the customers needs and provide solutions or information promptly. Additionally they may need to collect and record customer data and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires problem-solving skills patience empathy and the ability to work under pressure. The focus is on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Entering pickups in BOS MyAIT and McLeod operating systems
• Track trace and provide updates to all those systems
• Work directly with outside carriers for quotes and proposals
• Responding to emails in the shared email boxes
• Transfer loads to billing/checking for required PPW for billing
• Process and approve daily vendor invoices
• Cover other positions in the Dept when people are on PTO
• Handling customer issues/concerns
• Other duties as assigned
