- Install and configure CCTV camera systems and NVRs
- Install program and troubleshoot burglar alarm systems
- Run terminate and test low-voltage cabling
- Configure network-connected security devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and communication issues
- Train customers on system operation and best practices
- Read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and project documentation
- Complete service calls and installation projects independently and with a team

Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial access control installation and service experience
- Experience with card readers RFID systems magnetic locks electric strikes request-to-exit devices telephone entry systems and smart locks
- 3 years of commercial CCTV installation and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with burglar alarm installation programming and service
- Working knowledge of networking and IP-based systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Some travel required
