Position Overview
The Product Specialist supports the development enhancement and delivery of investment and technology-driven products. This role partners across business technology and data teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.The ideal candidate has a strong interest infinancial products technology platforms data analyticsAI andstrategic product thinkingand thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Support initiatives and projects that drive impact across technology and investment product domains contributing to the evolution of capabilities solutions and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product technology and operations.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights serve as a liaison between IT and the business showing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analyze product performance and data using analytical tools and dashboards.
Assistwith product launchesproduct roadmapsand continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate product updates insights and recommendations toseniorstakeholders.
Stay informed on industry trends financial markets emerging technologies andpossessstrong AI &dataliteracy.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance Economics Business TechnologyComputer Science or DataAnalyticspreferred.
Interest in financial markets investment products and financial services technology including how digital platforms deliver and support client experiences.
Proficiencyin Excel and exposure to analytical tools or programming languages such as SQL Python or R through coursework projects or internships.
Ability to analyze dataidentifytrends and translate findings into clear actionable insights to support product and business decisions.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn with an interest in applying data and technology to enhance product performance and client outcomes.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills across diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
