Job Summary
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an academic Pathologist with sub-specialty training in Hematopathology for a tenure-track/tenured fixed-term or variable track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Associate or Full Professor. The ideal candidate will have a primary service assignment in hematopathology. Those with interests in flow cytometry or molecular diagnostics are encouraged to apply. Applicants with sufficient experience will be considered for a leadership position as Director of Hematopathology. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has internationally recognized research programs in a range of disciplines with particularly strong cancer global health and benign hematology research. The successful candidate will be eligible for membership in the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer addition regular opportunities are available for teaching in the School of Medicine and the Graduate School.
