- Greet patients and visitors with a professional friendly approach ensuring a positive first impression
- Assistwith patient check-in and check-out coordinating appointments diagnostic procedures and future visits accurately
- Verify insurance information andassistpatients with billing or coverage questions
- Respond promptly to inquiries address concerns andmaintainclear professional communicationat all times
- Manage front desk operations office supplies and support staff with a variety of administrative tasks
- Prepare file andmaintainaccuratepatient and office records to ensure smooth daily workflows

Education:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Experience:
- One year of experience incustomerservice clerical or administrativerole.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license whenoperatingany vehicle for work-related purposes.
