Do you have a passion for clients and employees alike Would you like to use your skills to support our ABA program on an administrative side of things This is the role for you! As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.

This starting wage for this position is $48000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff including:
    • Conduct onboarding trainings
    • Coordinate support for trainers
    • Create orientation training schedules training guides and related materials packet
    • Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g. CPR First Aid Safety Care)
    • Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed

Available Location and Schedule:

  • Supporting at the Maple Grove and Eden Prairie locations
  • Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
  • Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record required
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Experience with children with special needs required
  • Effective communication in the English language
  • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
