• Proven ability to flourish in high-acuity settingsand in 24/7 programs

• Strong interpersonaland communicationskills with colleagues supervisees and clients

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Providesdirect supervision tothe 988 clinical and compliance managers

• Engagesin routine evaluation of program needsand develops policiesandproceduresaccordingly

• Coordinateswith various administrative departments (HR payrollfinanceIT etc.)to ensure the program is appropriately resourced and aligned with the agencys mission and values

• Overseescompliance to contract and accreditation requirements

• Communicate progress toward key metrics with internal and external stakeholders via data and outcomes reports care coordination agreements and other written reports

• Participatesin contract oversight meetings division and agency leadership and staff meetings and other committees as assigned

• Leadsprogram staff meetings

• Participatesin outreach opportunities to promote988servicesandensure program coordination and access

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Mastersdegree in social work or related field withindependent licensurepreferred. Can substituteeducation and/or licensurewitha masters degree and10 years of leadership experience in human services social services or adjacent.

• 3-5years ofdirector-levelleadership experience

• Experiencemanaging crisesstrongly preferred in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs emergency services homelessshelters crisis centers or similar
