65.1 Janitorial Maintenance for Plano, Centering, Generating

SUMMARY

Responsible for keeping the physical plant the Plano Centering and Generating areas in clean and orderly condition for employees and visitors by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and punctual attendance is required
• Overtime hours may be required if needed
• Sweeps and mops Plano Centering Generating areas will include multiply times per day
• Cleans the oil from anything that might cause an issue with dripping from the ceiling this could be multiple times per day
• Empties trash and garbage containers daily for these areas
• Cleans and maintains the restrooms that are located by Plano
• Cleans walls trim and other surfaces in those areas including the hallway between those departments
• Clean windows in that area
• Will be required to help in other areas when staffing is needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Mechanical background helpful. Hazardous Waste Management Training either in-house training or other equivalent Hazardous Waste training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions by written and oral. Able to write simple correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.

While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand walk talk and hear.
