Your Impact

As a Processing Cook youll be at the heart of productioncooking cheese for multiple lines and ensuring we deliver the highest quality to millions of tables. This role handles up to 255000 lbs. of product per shift so precision focus and performance matter.

What Youll Do

Production:

• Follow production and cooker schedules
• Steam out and operate cookers
• Monitor Panelview screens flow meters emulsifiers
• Add condiments and wet mixes with exacting standards
• Complete cook sheets and track all traceability documentation
• Train and support new team members

Sanitation:

• Maintain a spotless work area
• Assist with changeovers and boil-outs
• Support weekly deep cleans and system resets

Maintenance & Quality:

• Monitor steam gauges temperatures and HACCP checks
• Partner with Lab on moisture control and quality assurance

Equipment Youll Operate:
Feeder hoppers Panelview screens scales cookers DCO batch tanks

Physical & Working Conditions:

• Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Fast-paced multi-line operations
• Warm (80F) & humid conditions at times

Training & Development

3-week hands-on training with ongoing development through Ownerversity
Expect to be 90% competent in 4 months
