Job Summary
St. Simon School on the northeast side of Indianapolis is seeking to hire a dedicated and engaging Fifth Grade Language Arts teacher to join our team and inspire a love of reading and writing in students. The ideal candidate will teach three sections of fifth grade Language Arts providing high-quality instruction in reading comprehension vocabulary development grammar and written expression while fostering critical thinking and creativity. This teacher will create a positive student-centered classroom environment use data to guide instruction collaborate with colleagues and families and support the academic and social growth of all learners. Strong communication skills effective classroom management and a passion for helping upper elementary students succeed are essential.
