With 50 locations and 100 programs in NYCs most under-served communities our 1000 results-oriented professionals make a difference for more than 40000 children and their families each Content Specialist is responsible for providing guidance and assistance in several facets of the creation of curriculum; including resource acquisition coaching and instructional is a part-time role working 7 hours a Functions:Provides guidance in development of in identifying and acquiring lesson staff in planning writing and implementing high-quality content-rich and coaches Group Leaders and Activity Specialists in establishing best practices for facilitation and lesson plan with Program Director and school administration to identify appropriate themes and objectives for educational in professional development of staff to ensure program Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Education Youth Development or related 1year supervisory experienceStrong experience with curriculum planning for young people (middle school).Knowledge of youth development principles and of Common Core coaching and training with strong leadership conflict resolution and diplomacy oral and written communication to plan and carry out assignments to prioritize adhere to timelines and Preferred:Masters Degree in Education Youth Development or related Child Center of NY is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
