InfraHire is hiring for an 5 Axis CNC Machinist:
- Operate CNC machining centers to manufacture complex components for motorsport automotive medical and aerospace industries.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine appropriate methods and sequence of operations.
- Operate machine controls (manual and automatic) and monitor machining accuracy.
- Reposition workpieces as needed during production runs.
- Ensure safe and correct operation of CNC machines.
- Perform visual inspections to verify components meet customer-required tolerances.
- Use measuring equipment accurately and correctly.
- Adhere to company and customer standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work independently using own initiative when necessary.
- Assist in improving the work environment and perform housekeeping duties according to 5S principles.
- Carry out additional tasks as reasonably required within the scope of the role.
