Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys supporting teams improving processes and driving results Hobart Brothers LLCan Illinois Tool Works (ITW) company within the Welding Groupis seeking a Team Lead to support our Kings Chapel operation. What Youll Do

• Lead coach and support manufacturing team members to ensure safe efficient and high-quality production
• Champion safety quality productivity and 5S initiatives while remaining hands-on with equipment operation and material handling
• Collaborate with Group Leaders and Production Coordinators to set up shifts and support production schedules across all shifts
• Operate assigned equipment and support shipping receiving and oven operations as needed
• Troubleshoot drawing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
• Train and support team members on route card usage and submit maintenance requisitions when necessary
• Ensure work instructions and plant procedures are followed consistently while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Monitor productivity and downtime using route cards and other tracking tools
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System including ISO 9001:2015 and applicable standards
• Provide input for operator performance reviews and support employee development
• Coordinate and support training activities for new hires and internal transfers

What Youll Bring

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with Packaging and Draw Bench operations including troubleshooting
• Proven leadership skills with sound decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using standard computer software and email
• A positive team-oriented attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Interest in long-term career development and growth
• Desire to continue education

Compensation Information:

Compensation for this role will be market-based and will depend on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
