POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and its equipment supply management for the department to reduce/control employee safety and food safety small hourly employee crew implementing culture to develop good supportive work company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Inventory management documentation interpretation of data mathematical formulas leadership policy enforcement master sanitation schedule SQF SSOPs and other duties assigned by the business.

COMPETENCIES:

Mathematical skills data documentation mechanical skills organization and multitasking skills communication chemical safety 7 steps of sanitation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education:High school or equivalentor minimum5years sanitation experience

Required Experience:Understandingofbasic sanitation operations chemical safety inventory management knowledge mechanicalskills.
