Full Time Hours:3rd Shift (11:00pm - 9:00am) shifts available including weekends and holidays 40 hours/weekPay Details: $19/hourOverview:We are seeking a dedicated Third Shift Residential Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Residential Community Homes. This role provides overnight oversight guidance and support to third shift staff while ensuring the safety dignity and well-being of individuals served. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator dependable leader and advocate for person-centered care who can respond effectively to emergencies monitor compliance and promote a professional compassionate environment during overnight youll bring:A respectful person-centered approach that values individual dignity privacy and independenceStrong leadership organization and decision-making skills particularly in overnight and emergency situationsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with staff families and interdisciplinary teamsReliability professionalism and the ability to remain calm and responsive during third shift operationsA typical day-to-day may include:Monitoring third shift group homes through nightly on-site visits to ensure safety supervision and policy complianceSupporting and overseeing third shift staff including ensuring alertness preparedness and appropriate responses to emergenciesAssisting with the assessment planning and implementation of Individual Program Plans and person-centered supportsResponding to medical behavioral or safety emergencies and ensuring timely communication with appropriate personnelConducting documenting and reviewing fire drills safety checks and emergency preparedness proceduresCoordinating communication between third shift staff program specialists coordinators and families as neededAssisting with staff orientation performance monitoring and training requirementsCompleting required documentation and reporting concerns that require follow-up by supervisory staffOccasional travel to other locations
