• Analytical Problem Solver: You go beyond addressing immediate issues by identifying root causes evaluating long-term solutions implementing corrective actions that improve reliability and efficiency.

The Day-to-Day:

• Lead and supervise Mechanics MRO and Facility techs on shifts.
• Plan prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance personnel in completing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic repairs safely accurately and efficiently.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.

What Were Looking For:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing ideally automotive.
• Excellent judgment decision-making and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
