Hours: 11p-7:30a OT as required
Pay rate: $23.50/hr with the ability to earn monthly performance incentive bonus of up to $5.50 extra per direct hours for high performers.
As a 3rd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring inbound shipments are received and registered accurately
- Performing general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods
- Assisting site management in aligning with Health Safety and Environmental legislation including completing necessary documentation and records
- Resolving orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments
- Picking and packing goods ready for dispatch
- Adhering strictly to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team
To be considered for this role you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work autonomously and within a cooperative group
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as required
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
