Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM
  • Plus Overtime


Pay Rate:

  • $19 - $22 / hour


Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly professional and customer-focused 3PLCustomer Service Representative to provide exceptional support by assisting customers with product information order status delivery inquiries and account-related questions. This role is responsible for resolving customer concerns processing and following up on requests and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and organization.


The ideal candidate is bilingual detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers regarding products delivery order status and answer inquiries.
  • Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Effective communication interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to process expedite and follow up on customer requests.
  • Must be organized.
  • Must assist with special projects and other responsibilities when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (3 years is a plus).
  • Experience in a call center office retail or administrative environment is an advantage.
