Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is a hands-on position responsible for shipping 3D Product and cleaning / maintaining / unpacking 3D processors / printers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Clean/Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment.
Continuously inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective products.
Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment type.
Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
Ensure production quality standards and outputs are met
Report production information to the supervisor as requested.
Always comply with the use of safety equipment and procedures.
Always maintain a neat and clean work area.
Other duties as business needs arise

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Abilities to read and write English
Basic data entry(shipping/ERP systems)
Basic arithmetic skills (addition subtraction multiplication and division).
Strong attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to learn new technologies.
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to stand up to 8 hours.
Effective communication.
Understanding of Microsoft Office
