Job Summary
- Exceed guest expectations
- Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation
- Interact with guests in a way that makes them feel special
- Comply with liquor laws
- Maintain accountability both personal and financial
- Control bar costs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Control cost and waste in the work area
- Close out paperwork
Rate of Pay: $21.50 per hour
Qualifications :
- Successful completion of bar tending position training position
- Must have previous experience tending bar
