340B Pharmacy Specialist

• Serve as the 340B program expert managing day-to-day operations across in-house contract and mixed-use pharmacies
• Analyze data from multiple systems to monitor compliance with federal state and organizational policies
• Act as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders system leadership and the 340B team communicating key metrics opportunities and issues
• Lead audits surveillance and corrective action plans to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• Maintain program documentation implement policies and procedures and provide training across the enterprise
• Identify savings and revenue-generating opportunities while ensuring financial and billing accuracy

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certifications: Pharmacy Technician licensure in IL IA or WI within 1 year (CPTIL CPTIA CPTWI-WIDSPS)
• Associate or Bachelors degree completion of 340B University course

Experience:

• 2 years as a hospital pharmacy technician (preferred)
• Previous 340B program experience (preferred)
• Experience in pharmacy purchasing or inventory management (preferred)
• Data analysis skills (Excel SQL or similar) (preferred)
