Job Summary
Join our team to manage and optimize the 340B Drug Discount Program. Youll oversee daily operations maintain auditing and compliance processes resolve program issues and collaborate with regional and system stakeholders to support all UPH covered entities. - Serve as the 340B program expert managing day-to-day operations across in-house contract and mixed-use pharmacies
- Analyze data from multiple systems to monitor compliance with federal state and organizational policies
- Act as the primary liaison between regional stakeholders system leadership and the 340B team communicating key metrics opportunities and issues
- Lead audits surveillance and corrective action plans to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Maintain program documentation implement policies and procedures and provide training across the enterprise
- Identify savings and revenue-generating opportunities while ensuring financial and billing accuracy
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certifications: Pharmacy Technician licensure in IL IA or WI within 1 year (CPTIL CPTIA CPTWI-WIDSPS)
- Associate or Bachelors degree completion of 340B University course
Experience:
- 2 years as a hospital pharmacy technician (preferred)
- Previous 340B program experience (preferred)
- Experience in pharmacy purchasing or inventory management (preferred)
- Data analysis skills (Excel SQL or similar) (preferred)
