We are hiring for a full-time 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for Mountain Top Foam-Charlotte. We provide competitive pay excellent benefits and a chance to be part of our growing location.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the teams activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the teams output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelors degree associate degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

Salary Range: $62000 to $88000
