Kutztown University is accepting applications for open Custodial Worker 1 positions in the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Selected individuals will perform custodial duties in student residence halls or academic buildings; as well as other seasonal duties including snow shoveling.
These are essential personnel positions.We currently have the following open positions:
1st shift Housing Custodial Worker 1 - 3 openings
2nd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 2 openings
3rd shift E&G Custodial Worker 1 - 3 openings- Minimum Qualifications
Computer literacy (email Microsoft Office internet) required.
- Preferred Qualifications
Previous custodial experience in an industrial setting (hospital nursing home etc.) is preferred.

Applications will be accepted throughout the 26-27 year and this position will remain open to fill all Facilities & Housing Custodial Worker 1 positions that are open.
The starting salary for this position is $32724.00.00 per the AFSCME contract.
