Position: Operations Specialist (Trade Finance Client Onboarding Specialist)

Location: Scranton PA

Assignment: 11/02/2026 11/01/2027

Pay Range: $19.77 hourly paid weekly.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5pm

Fully Onsite: Please note that this role is required 5 days in office

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the onboarding and implementation of clients utilizing Trade Finance and Supply

Chain Finance products.

This position serves as a key point of contact throughout the client setup process coordinating with clients and multiple internal teams to ensure all documentation due diligence technology setup and operational requirements are completed accurately before the service goes live.

Candidates with previous Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance experience are preferred but candidates with strong banking financial services client onboarding implementation or operations experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact during the client onboarding and implementation process.
• Coordinate the preparation review execution and tracking of legal agreements and required documentation.
• Support due diligence and validation requirements prior to client activation.
• Coordinate with internal technology and operations teams to ensure systems and services are properly established.
• Work across multiple internal and external teams to resolve questions and keep onboarding activities moving forward.
• Track outstanding documents requirements deadlines and deliverables.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal business partners.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate appropriately.
• Support reporting and tracking activities related to client implementations.
• Manage multiple onboarding requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Ensure client setups are complete and accurate before transitioning the relationship into a live production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred OR 3 years of professional operations experience.
• Previous experience within banking financial services client onboarding implementation operations or a similar environment preferred.
• Trade Finance and/or Supply Chain Finance experience is a plus but is not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgment with the ability to recognize when issues require escalation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
