The Intern works in one area of our business or a variety of teams including but not limited to: Merchandising Sales Marketing Special Events and Warehouse & Delivery to gain knowledge and understanding of the alcohol distribution industry. The structured internship opportunity is designed to give students exposure to the wine and spirits industry and broad experience in various aspects of the relationship between marketing sales and distribution.

• Work with a variety of teams to become familiar in all aspects of the company
• Participate in training on-site meetings and department-wide learning opportunities as available
• Assist with our On-Premise Surveys
• Support the team with additional projects as assigned and defined by students specific learning goals
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Residein the vicinity of the internship or can obtain housing

  Must be a Junior in college and graduating the following semester or year completing BS/BA in a variety of majors including but not limited to business sales marketing communicationsretailor hospitality

  Must be at least 21 years of ageat the start of the internship

  Maintain at a minimum a 2.0 GPA (Grade Point Average)

  Teamwork approach toaccomplishinggoals

  Attention to details

  Ability to organize and manage multiple projects

  Good written and verbal communication skills

  Working knowledge of ExcelWordand PowerPoint

  Reliable transportation

  Ability to secure andmaintaina valid drivers license and auto-liability insurancein accordance withstate laws

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or mobile device
• Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking bending reaching standing squatting and stooping
• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
• May require lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 48lbs
