This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in office combining flexibility with team collaboration.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects that support key business priorities.
  • Research industry trends competitors and customer insights to help inform business decisions.
  • Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with professionals across the organization on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating presentations reports and business updates for leadership audiences.
  • Participate in networking learning and professional development opportunities throughout the program.
  • Share fresh ideas innovative thinking and a student perspective to help drive continuous improvement.

Internship Details
Dates: Nine-week program starting in early June 2027
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Location: Needs to be near one of our offices (i.e. Charlotte NC New York NY or Syracuse NY)

What Youll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and entering junior or senior year at the time of the internship.
  • Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn take initiative and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic extracurricular volunteer or work-related activities preferred.
