2027Internship Solutions Platforms Engineered
Solar Turbines engineering intern positions are created to provide students with challenging projects that play a key role in supporting gas turbinepackageand system design as well as associated development activities. Under the guidance of mentors students are given a meaningful work experience while gaining exposure to the entire corporate environment. This includes training courses networking events and facility tours along with a challenging project assignment to complete that enables them the opportunity to apply classroom education to real work situations. Positions are available in mechanical controls systemssoftwareand display development fields.ThisInternshipis an eleven-week program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Currentlyin the process of obtaininga 4-year or advanced-degree in Engineering Computer Science or other relevantdegree
Must be classified by school in Fall2026as one of the following: Sophomore Junior Senior or Graduatestudent
Overall GPA of at least2.8on a 4.0 scale
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals
Ability to work well in a team environment as well asindividually
PreviousInternshipexperience
Problem solvingskills
High energy level and sense of urgency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good business / technical judgment
Ability to handle multiple priorities for a variety oftasks
Summary Pay Range:
$26.00 - $43.00
Intern Hourly Rate:
An interns hourly rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved before the start of the internship.
