What awaits you:

• Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates conducting and scheduling interviews creating offers background checks/drug screens onboarding and orientation
• Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS data
• Manages all new hire paperwork including employee files I-9s etc
• Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities
• Manages transactions within the learning management system
• Assist with general employee questions regarding pay benefits policies etc
• Documents and prepares required reports

What youll need to succeed:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: informing persuasion presentation
• Self-driven creative and ability to work across country and organizational boundaries
• Knowledge of broad range of human resources or organizational behavior topics
