Role Responsibilities:
Design collect dataanalyzeand compile reports on complex process engineering experiments
Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems
Measure film properties organize data and interpret data
Troubleshoot moderately complex problems perform Root CauseAnalysisand resolve moderatelydifficult processengineering issues
Generate internal documentation for productspresentationsand technical reports
Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues
Identifyselectand work with vendors and suppliers
Implementnew technologyproductsand analytical instrumentation
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduating with aPhD degree in Chemical Engineering ChemistryPhysics Materials Science ora relatedfield.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previousinternship or related field experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture
Comfortable withe fast-paced and intense working environment. Familiar with inkjet process photoresist and etch.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
