Program Overview

TheFinanceAnalystRotationalProgramis atwo-yearearly careerdevelopment program designed to provide recent college graduates with rotational experience across Wells FargosFinanceorganization. As ananalystyoullparticipateintwo one-year rotationsfocused on building leadership skills and business acumen while gaining exposure to the various Finance leadership and functions at Wells Fargo.Uponcompletionof the programanalystswill be equipped with the toolsknowledgeand network necessarytoidentifyand transition into their next role within the organization.#earlycareers

This role provides opportunities for:

  • Ownership of key finance routinesfocused on developing coreskills and a working knowledge of the organization

  • Targetedclassroom training self-studyassignmentsandworkshops

  • Consistentnetworkingand exposureto leadership andprogramalumni

  • Strategic problem solving and collaboration with peers and leadership in Finance and the Line of Business

  • Interaction with internal stakeholders such as Investor Relations

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 months of work experience or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currentlypursuing a bachelors degreein: FinanceAccounting Business/DataAnalytics EconomicsStatistics AppliedMathor Business Administration/Business Managementwith an expected graduation date between December 2026 June 2027

  • Successful completion of 2026Finance Summer Internship Program

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Basicproficiencyin Power BI Tableau Alteryx Python SQL and/or other analytics tools

  • Familiarity with AI powered productivity tools (such aschat basedassistants and built in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research organizing information and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly

  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism student organization involvement study abroad program(s) leadership position(s) non-profit involvement

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into insights visualize findings learn quickly adapt to change and support innovative finance decisions

  • Ability to execute with urgency drive operational excellence and apply an enterprise mindset to support efficient business-focused finance operations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive environment and activelyseekand apply feedback

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to apply finance accounting and business analysis skills to deliver excellent service and support business impact

  • Ability to act with integrity and sound judgment while supporting ethical well-managed finance operations

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte NC: $34.62- $34.62/Hour

  • Irving TX: $34.62 - $34.62/Hour

  • Minneapolis MN: $37.99-$37.99/Hour

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
