About the Management Trainee Program
The Greif Management Trainee Program is a structured hands-on rotational experience designed to prepare early career talent for future roles across the organization. This role is aligned to Greifs Innovative Closure Solutions business unit wherethe cohort of Trainees will support the development and delivery of high-performance closure solutions while gaining exposure to key business functions. Trainees gain exposure to key business functions while developing the skills needed to lead teams manage operations and drive results.
What You Will Have the Opportunity to Do
Participate in across-functional rotational programacross key areas such asproduct development sales and plantoperations/maintenance(based on business needs)
Gainhands-on experiencesupporting day-to-day business and operational priorities
Learn how leadersmanage safety quality and customer expectations
Build foundational skills inworkplace effectivenessproblemsolving anddecisionmaking
Analyze business processes andidentifycontinuous improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supportbusiness initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Electrical EngineeringPaper SciencesPlastics Technology or Polymer Sciences or a closely related engineering or technical discipline
Recent graduates or early-career professionalswith03 years of experiencein engineering manufacturing operations or supply chain environments
Willingness and ability to work inplant-based / manufacturing settings
Legal authorization to work in the United Stateswithout current or future sponsorship requirements
Ability to workfull-time on-sitein Carol Stream ILfor the duration of the program
Flexibility to traveldomestically and internationally as business needs require
Demonstrated ability tolearn quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment
Foundational understanding ofmanufacturing processes Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office applications includingExcel PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $56100.00 - $95500.00. Typically a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $68600.00 to $80700.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
